Steisy reaparece con un gran cambio físico tras perder 16 kilos

Steisy, una de las tronistas más recordadas de 'MYHYV', reapareció el pasado 1 de marzo en redes sociales tras una temporada desconectada de la vida pública. La joven ha vuelto con una noticia para sus seguidores, que ya habían notado su gran cambio físico: ha perdido 16 kilos.

La que fuera concursante de ‘Supervivientes’ confesó el mes de septiembre en 'Sálvame' que padecía una depresión que le había llevado a engordar, por lo que se ha puesto en manos de una nutricionista para perder peso. A través de su canal de Mtmad, la influencer ha hablado sobre su bajada de peso y se ha mostrado optimista.

“Os voy a enseñar mi cuerpo para que veáis como estoy. No os asustéis, si estoy haciendo todo esto no es porque tenga un cuerpazo”, expresaba. Steisy asegura que ya ha conseguido deshacerse de su barriga y que nota que sus brazos están mucho más finos que antes. “En la espalda es donde más se aprecia. Estoy muy contenta y se nota mucho la diferencia. Seguramente me haré una liposucción para estar más marcadita”, ha añadido.

La extronista de ‘Mujeres y hombres y viceversa’ ha confesado que su objetivo era adelgazar hasta que su báscula marcara de 60 a 65 kilos, algo que ya ha conseguido. “Al principio me costó mucho trabajo. He aprendido a controlar lo que como y de vez en cuando me salto la dieta. Ya estoy en mi peso ideal”, ha expresado la influencer.
